Shipping and Packaging
I will provide the packaging at no cost to you. I will wrap and protect the painting and insure that no damage occurs during transport of the artworks. Sometimes, however, damage, no matter how slight, may occur. On such occasion I will provide the cost of repair at no cost to you. it is therefore necessary to return the painting to me, if such repair is required.
I cannot, however, be responsible for the errors of the shipping company. Please keep in mind that returned or any shipping cost incurred will not be provided by me. It will be up to you to address compensation to the shipping provider, should such damage occur and return shipping is required.
Please note that I will not provide the shipping costs. But I will do my best to provide you with lowest cost possible while ensuring that needed protections are in place. If the client desires to have the painting shipped with a particular company please let me know in advance and I will do so and let you know the costs.
Shipping time may vary due to many factors. Depending on the type and priority, shipping costs may differ greatly. I will always ask permission prior to shipping if the above minimal cost is incurred or if the client wishes to prioritize shipping.
Another factor is the drying time of the paint. It may take two-to-three weeks to dry the wet paint so that it will not damage the painted surface (paintings are usually covered by acid-free paper and bubble wrap to provide extra protection).
Be assured that the quality and standards I set will be maintained and to ensure that you are fully satisfied, I will communicate and update you on the cost and shipping and arrival time and other details to you should any changes occur. You may also contact me at anytime via email or business number should you have any questions, problems or concerns.
